We are bound by the confidentiality provisions of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. That means please don't mention the property address, the value we concluded, or the details of the matter — even though it is your information to share, a public review containing it creates a problem on our side.

What genuinely helps someone deciding whether to call us:

• What kind of work it was, in general terms — “a commercial appraisal for an estate”, “a valuation for a partnership buyout”
• Whether we hit the timeline we promised
• Whether the report held up with whoever had to accept it — the lender, the court, the IRS, the other side
• What we were like to deal with when you had questions
